The Coffee Commune

Where the coffee community collaborates.’

Cafe Culture are excited to see where this innovative concept takes the coffee industry, and we wish Phillip Di Bella and his team all the best with this latest venture.

Arriving in March 2021, in the inner-city Brisbane suburb of Bowen Hills is ‘The Coffee Commune.’ Brisbane coffee mogul Phillip Di Bella aims to educate and network suppliers, roasters, baristas, coffee enthusiasts and venue owners in a membership-based consultancy business with an upmarket café on-site.

Phillip describes this upcoming venture to that of a ‘coffee chamber of commerce,’ which will provide the support of which a multitude of individuals and businesses will rely on post coronavirus.

As the name implies, The Coffee Commune’s facilities will facilitate a coffee community of collaboration where Green Bean Producers, Coffee Roasters, Café Owners, Industry Suppliers, Barista’s and Coffee Enthusiast’s come together to collaborate.

Through Phillip’s International Coffee Traders business that provides consistent supply of green beans regardless of season or crop availability, a collaboration with The Coffee Commune will allow you to buy both raw coffee and manufacture your own coffee.

This beneficial partnership ensures that a tailored and memorable coffee experience results for both yourself and consumers.

Not only do they offer beans, the dedicated specialist coffee professionals at The Coffee Commune with their knowledge, experience and skills have collaborated to create ‘Coffee Alliance.’

This team has been created to assist coffee roasters in producing the perfect coffee to grow your business, whether it be single origin or a special blend.

In this concept, roasters and the community may ask to manufacture their beans utilising the professionals and tailored packaging on site, or roasters may use the equipment themselves.

A range of membership tiers tailored to the needs of industry participants and lovers of coffee has been created at this unique event space to provide service offerings such as Advocacy and Support, Industry Events, Thought Leader Series Sessions, Education Programs, Product Launches, Networking Opportunities and much more.

These membership programs are an industry solution to ensure sustainability through the process of learning and achieving more.

This project is a first of its kind and will surely become a popular go to for the Café Industry.
